Returns Policy

Return of goods is at the user’s cost. We suggest you return your product using your domestic postal service on a standard shipping method, although we suggest you obtain a proof of postage and keep your paperwork until we have acknowledged receipt of your package.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your goods. This includes return transit time to our warehouse.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed and have all original tags attached. We cannot accept items that have distinct odors or signs of wear and tear. We assess all returns on this basis, and if your item fails this assessment, it will be returned to you.
• We cannot accept any underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.
• If you wish to exchange for a different size, please clearly mark the required size in the space provided on the E-mail.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.3,000. We charge Rs.250 on all orders under the value of Rs.3,000. Orders received after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the next day. Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays).Read more
